Book Your Stay
All quoted rates are per room, two people maximum occupancy. We require a minimum stay for advance reservations on weekends and holidays, and during peak season. Rates and policies may change without notice. Rare circumstances may require us to substitute an alternate room within the same or better room class.
We ask for a major credit card to hold your reservation. You will not be charged until you arrive for your stay. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept checks, money orders, or travelers checks.
We are a non-smoking property, inside and out. Our accommodations are not suitable for pets or for children under the age of 14.
Borrego Valley Inn room rates are per room, with a maximum of two people (all ages) permitted in each guest room, with no exceptions. We have no facilities for accommodating more than two people in a room.
About Your Stay
Check-in begins at 12:30 P.M. – you may have your room as soon as it is clean and ready, and we guarantee it will be ready no later than 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:30 A.M. To see if a later check-out time may be available, visit our front desk on the morning of your departure.
Between June 1 and September 30 our office and lobby is open from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., and instead of our breakfast buffet, a breakfast basket will be placed in your room refrigerator each day for the following morning.
There is a 7-day cancellation policy for each night of your reservation during the following peak periods:
- Peak Season – February 17-April 26
- Perseid Meteor Showers – August 11-14
- All Holidays – Martin Luther King Day Weekend, Presidents Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day (Jul. 3-5), Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas & New Year (Dec. 22-Jan 4)
You may cancel or change your Peak-Period reservation until 4:00 P.M. seven or more days prior to your arrival date without charge. If you cancel or change less than seven days in advance, we will attempt to re-sell the affected nights of your reservation. We will charge your credit card on file for 100% of all charges for each affected night we do not re-sell.
Prepaid Special-Offer Reservations
There are no changes allowed or refunds given for any reason after you make your reservation.
Room & Service Package Reservations
Once reserved, we will charge 100% of Package Reservation charges to your credit card on file if you make changes to or cancel your reservation within 3 calendar days of your check-in date, and 50% within 4-7 days. Package Reservation services must be scheduled at the time you make your reservation, and scheduled service days/times may only be re-scheduled as they may be available, with no credit or refund given for our inability to reschedule package services during your reserved stay. Changes to confirmed service times made by you less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time(s) will result in a rescheduling charge equal to 50% of the regular rate for each service.
All Other Reservations
There is a 3-day cancellation policy for each night of your reservation. You may cancel or change all other reservations until 4:00 P.M. three or more days (72 hours) prior to your arrival date without charge. If you change or cancel less than three days in advance, we will attempt to re-sell the affected nights of your reservation. We will charge your credit card on file for 100% of all charges for each affected night we do not re-sell.
There are no exceptions made to the above cancellation policy for any reason. We recommend you obtain travel insurance if you wish to protect yourself against the possibility of being charged for a cancellation or change.
