What Time Is Check-In? What About Checkout?
Check-in begins at 3:00p.m. While checkout is at 11:00a.m.
Can I Get a Late Checkout
Late checkouts must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour or portion of an hour. We are unable to accommodate late checkouts when the room is rented the same day. Guests who remain after 2:00p.m. will be charged for an additional night's stay.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
As long as your reservation does not fall on a major holiday weekend and you provide a minimum of three days advance notice, we will gladly refund all charges—less a $25 processing fee per room. If your cancelation occurs less than three days before your reservation, your first night’s deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for reservations over major holiday weekends (including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and Thanksgiving). A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of booking.
Do You Have Any Minimum Night Stay Requirements?
June 1–September 30, we do not have a minimum night stay requirement. However, October 1–May 31, we require guests book their stay for a minimum of two nights. We also require a three-night minimum stay during all major holidays observed at Borrego Valley Inn, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents’ Day Weekend and all Night Fall Special Events.
Can I Bring My Pets to Borrego Valley Inn?
Unfortunately, pets are prohibited at Borrego Valley Inn. Animals are not permitted at the inn, in parked vehicles, on leashes, in cages or anywhere on or around the grounds or property at any time.
How Many Vehicles Can I Bring to Borrego Valley Inn?
Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle per room. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.
How Many Guests Are Included in My Reservation?
All listed rates include two adult guests, aged 21 or older. Additional guests and children are prohibited.
What Do I Do If I Lost an Item?
Management suggests keeping your valuables locked up. Please report any lost or stolen items to the Main Office immediately by calling (760) 767-0311.
When Are Quiet Hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00p.m.–8:00a.m. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Profanity or violence towards others will not be tolerated. And loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
How Do I Connect to the Free Wi-Fi?
Simply select the Borrego Valley Inn network (username and password are not required) and open your browser of choice.
What Is Your Smoking Policy?
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Borrego Valley Inn and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. Any violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.
