What is Your Cancellation Policy?

As long as your reservation does not fall on a major holiday weekend and you provide a minimum of three days advance notice, we will gladly refund all charges—less a $25 processing fee per room. If your cancelation occurs less than three days before your reservation, your first night’s deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for reservations over major holiday weekends or weeks (including, but not limited to, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year, Presidents’ Day). A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of booking
